3) ALWAYS do static stretching after you work out. (holding 10+ seconds each stretch)
4) Form is vitally important, never neglect it. Form > Weight

Any and all who work with Be Your Best You Training understand that all injuries are on them. All payments will be made prior to service exchange and are non-refundable. If client would like a more extensive legal contract that can be provided upon request.
